NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) respects user privacy. NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) does not disclose rent or sell your email address or any other information we may receive to any third party, unless you specifically request it. In registration, NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) requires a username and an email address from a non-free email address. Other information will be requested to complete the registration and this information will be kept offline.

NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) may disclose individual account or user information in cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) AUP or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA)' rights or property, other NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. NYC Metro InfraGard (IMA) may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
