InfraGard offers valuable learning opportunities throughout the City of New York as well as online. Secure members of InfraGard are granted access to the FBI (VPN Protected) web site. This added benefit allows members to view media and reports compiled by intelligence analysts and hundreds of other FBI and DHS personnel. In turn, members are equipped to cite and present authenticated government data to key decision makers within their place of work. NY Metro InfraGard Alliance has hosted hundreds of on-location events in places such as the NY FBI Field Office, Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Cisco Systems Inc., utility companies, universities, and many others. The Security Summit is an opportunity for Alliance members and visitors to attend exclusive presentations, working groups, discussions, and industry lectures. Numerous summits are "Open" to the public, while some may be private based on topics of discussion. Most of these events are open to industry professionals with a focus on security, risk management and information technology.
