Vlad Brodsky is the Chief Information Security Officer and SVP of IT Operations and Infrastructure at OTC Markets Group, a regulated publicly traded financial institution that operates the world’s largest electronic marketplace for OTC-traded equities. Vlad’s responsibilities include leading the firm’s information security strategy, program, and processes as well as running the firm’s IT operations and infrastructure. In his seven years with OTC Markets Group, Vlad has been instrumental in improving the firm’s technology processes and creating a risk-based information security program that is designed to satisfy business and regulatory requirements.
Vlad has expertise in Information Security, Risk Management, IT Infrastructure Management and Financial Services. Prior to OTC Markets Group, Vlad worked as a Chief Security Officer at Innovest Systems, a SaaS provider in the Trust Accounting and Wealth Management space, where he was responsible for all Information Security.
Vlad has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University, an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business, holds the CCISO, CISSP, CRISC, PMP certifications and FINRA Series 7, 24, 99 and SIE licenses.

– Distinguished Faculty Member at the Global Cyber Institute – an institute created to address the critical threats of a cyber world by focusing on the intersection of law, business, policy and technology.
– Member of the New York City Cyber Critical Services and Infrastructure (NYC CCSI) alliance spearheaded by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
